Our Response, COVID-19

With the pandemic, we have had to implement changes in our store to keep our customers, our staff and our families safe.  Rest assured, our standard providing only top quality products and excellent customer service has not, and will never change.
The following changes have been made in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:

Limited store capacity

We are open for in store shopping. Currently we allow five customers in store at one time for social distancing.  Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance of the store and we ask all customers to use it.


If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, we ask you to please phone in, or use our website to place an order.  We do offer free curbside pickup.

Reduced store hours

Our store hours have been reduced to Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 8am-5pm.  We are closed Sundays. 

Online Ordering

In addition to called in orders, we have also expanded to allow customers to place orders online.  This can be done through our website, or orders can be emailed to orders@bradts.com.  Please do not come to pick up your order until you have been notified it is ready!  This will prevent extra wait time.
Increased Sanitation
While our standards have always been been high, we have increased the frequency that we sanitize high touch areas within our store.  Carts and baskets are sanitized after each use.
